At NIBHA Fragrance / Perfume Ghar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is leaking or defective upon delivery

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be allowed only for damaged or incorrect products received by the customer.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used perfumes
• Opened bottles
• Products damaged after use
• Orders placed during special sale or clearance offers

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The product is unavailable after payment
• The order is cancelled by us
• Return request is approved after inspection

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
